Richard and his team know what is expected of an End Of Tenancy clean and he will furnish you with a written quote before any work commences – specialising in attention to detail especially in the Kitchens and Bathrooms to get your deposit back.

Every job is priced after Richard has seen the property.

Office Cleaning
“ Flexible office cleaning programmes to suit your needs and budget. ”
We perform a minimum 2 Hours/ week programme for clients that need either Daily, Frequent or Weekend Cleaning of offices.
We will supply materials and ask that you supply toilet roll + bin bags. Should you have specialist requirements we are happy to use anything you want us to use to keep your offices, toilets, kitchens and front entrances looking perfect.

Please contact Richard on WhatsApp or Call him to discuss. We ask that this is done within 6 Hours of discovering things have not been done properly and not a few days later or any claim will be deemed void.
We provide Oven Cleaning services and if you require carpets or windows that are very difficult to do especially outside – i have a few sub contractors that are insured and can ask them for a quote to help you.
Yes, we provide everything required to do the job, if you have a liquid or spray or floor cleaner you would like us to use, then please provide this to us to use. we do ask you to provide Toilet Rolls, Liquid Hand Soap & Bin Bags for desk bins and the Kitchen.
